Araghchi Warns of International Community's Neglect of Israel's Terrorist Actions Against Iran
Tehran - BORNA - Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, Iran's Foreign Minister posted on his X (formerly Twitter) account: "Imagine the President of Iran, calmly and without any filters, placing a list of assassination targets before a foreign diplomat: the US President, congressional leaders, high-ranking generals; and then immediately announcing: 'We will eliminate them one by one.' Within hours, the world would be in turmoil: extraordinary sessions of the UN Security Council, a relentless media storm, sanctions, threats, and perhaps even war—all dressed in the guise of 'international law' and claiming to protect the 'global order.'
He added: But when Israel is involved, it seems the rules of the game change entirely. Those same claimants of 'law and order' either fall silent or resort to ambiguity, and in the worst case, they become the suppliers of weapons and political supporters.
The Foreign Minister of Iran pointed out: 'What we witness today is not mere hypocrisy; hypocrisy still carries a trace of shame. This phenomenon is something more exposed: a calculated collapse of ethics, where rules are applied only to competitors, and immunity becomes a privilege reserved for allies.' As always, Israel is the partner who draws the American partner deeper into the abyss of moral and political collapse,' he continued.
Araghchi added: 'Israel pays no heed to the consequences of normalizing its horrendous methods of carrying out assassination. However, the international community should not ignore this audacity; because every action, undoubtedly and always, will have a reaction.'
