IRGC Navy Issues Warning to All Vessels

Tehran - BORNA - The IRGC Navy Command posted on its X (formerly Twitter) account:

"Over the past day, the terrorist U.S. military engaged in a dangerous action that disrupted maritime order and security in the region, leading to the endangerment of maritime safety in the Strait of Hormuz area and causing damage to several commercial vessels, tankers, and fishing boats in the region.

Therefore, we warn all vessels present in the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman intending to transit the Strait of Hormuz:

The only safe route for passing through the Strait of Hormuz is the corridor previously announced by the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any deviation of vessels to other routes is unsafe and will face a decisive confrontation by the IRGC Navy."
