During the session, the Deputy Interior Minister presented a detailed report on the Isfahan incident, describing it as a "humiliating defeat for the Americans" and a repetition of the historic "Tabas Miracle." According to the report, the National Security Council held regular sessions to ensure internal security and public health, implementing key measures such as enhancing border security, reinstating checkpoints, and ensuring the continuity of imports, exports, and goods clearance. Other actions involved providing security for public ceremonies, supporting educational institutions, and allocating 24 trillion Tomans to municipalities nationwide to maintain urban services despite wartime pressures.
Regarding public mobilization, the Commission was informed that 2,500 Iranian and 115 Iraqi "Mokebs" were active during the "Allegiance to Velayat" ceremonies. Additionally, the Deputy Interior Minister revealed that nearly one million Iraqis have registered to participate in the funeral of the late martyred Leader, with official requests from Iraq to hold a procession on their soil.
In the concluding part of the session, lawmakers emphasized the need for heightened intelligence capabilities and the elimination of administrative bureaucracy. Key recommendations included reconstructing damaged areas swiftly, managing the economic atmosphere to address the rising cost of living, and holding accountable any officials who showed negligence during the war. The Commission members also stressed the importance of the "Jihad of Clarification" to narrate the Islamic Republic's victory while praising the resilience and service of the government and Tehran Municipality during the conflict.
