The Hamzeh Sayyid al-Shuhada Base of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Ground Force announced that American-Zionist proxy terrorist groups were struck in Baneh County, Located in Kurdistan Province.

Tehran - BORNA - The text of the statement issued by the Public Relations of the IRGC Ground Force's Hamzeh Sayyid al-Shuhada Base is as follows:

"Through the intelligence operations of the anonymous soldiers of the Hamzeh Sayyid al-Shuhada Base, counter-revolutionary terrorist groups stationed in northern Iraq acting on behalf of the United States and the Zionist regime—who intended to transfer a large shipment of brand-new U.S. weapons and ammunition into the country—were struck in Baneh County of Kurdistan Province, and a large quantity of weapons and ammunition was discovered and seized. Intelligence follow-ups to identify and arrest all sell-out internal elements of these terrorist groups remain on the agenda.

The Hamzeh Sayyid al-Shuhada Base warns all sell-out elements, agents, and their leaders that it will deal severely with any security action and stands ready to deliver a regret-inducing response."
