Tehran to Host 'Game of Thrones' Film-Concert Featuring Ramin Djawadi's Iconic Score This June
A grand-scale "Game of Thrones" film-concert, featuring the internationally acclaimed soundtrack composed by Iranian-German composer Ramin Djawadi, is scheduled to hit the stage in Tehran on June 8 and 11, 2026.

Tehran - BORNA - The specialized film-concert will take place at the Espinas Palace Hotel in Tehran, with performances commencing at 20:30 on Monday, June 8, and Thursday, June 11. The massive production will feature an expansive ensemble of 150 live musicians on stage, delivering a comprehensive 150-minute performance. The orchestra is set to perform 42 distinct tracks from the comprehensive soundtrack of the globally popular series, fully synchronized with the projection of key cinematic sequences from the show for the audience.

Alongside the narrative and cinematography of the series, the "Game of Thrones" score ranks among the most recognizable television soundtracks of recent decades. The upcoming cultural event will be conducted under the baton of maestro Sina Kheirabadi and produced by Vahid Khaleqi.

This production follows a highly successful series of cinematic music events managed by Fidibo, which previously organized 32 individual performances across 17 nights between June and January 2025. Those prior iterations highlighted the scores of iconic cinematic universes, including "Harry Potter," "The Lord of the Rings," the works of Hayao Miyazaki, Hans Zimmer, and various Academy Award-winning musical masterpieces.
