IRGC destroys US ground-to-ground missile base in Kuwait
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced that a US ground-to-ground missile base in Kuwait was destroyed by IRGC ground forces, with two HIMARS missile platforms and missile-filled warehouses set ablaze and completely destroyed.
Tehran - BORNA - The IRGC stated that the operation was carried out as part of the fourth phase of Iran's retaliatory operations against US aggression. The force said the two HIMARS platforms were fully destroyed along with their ammunition stockpiles.
The IRGC added that military operations will continue until US attacks against Iran cease.
There was no immediate comment from US or Kuwaiti authorities regarding the Iranian claim.
