Iran's youth handball team beats five-time Asian champions
Iran's youth handball team defeated Qatar, the five-time Asian champions, in their fourth match at the Asian Youth Handball Championship.
Tehran - BORNA - Iran secured a narrow 26-25 victory over Qatar on Sunday. Hossein Khojasteh, Iran's young goalkeeper, played a crucial role in the win with key saves that denied Qatar's scoring opportunities.
Omid Enayati Ju was named the match's best player.
With two wins, one draw, and one loss, Iran now has five points. They will face Japan on Monday at 11:30 AM.
