Ghalibaf Responds to Trump: Security Will Be for All or None
Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, head of the Iranian negotiating team, issued a direct response to U.S. President Donald Trump, asserting that regional security and economic stability will either be shared by all nations or guaranteed for none.
Tehran - BORNA - In a post published on his personal X account, Ghalibaf addressed the U.S. President, writing: "The equation of this war is clear: either all or no one!"
He warned that Iran will not allow regional oil exports if its own exports remain blocked. "In a region where we cannot sell oil, no one will sell oil. If our security is not guaranteed, no infrastructure will be safe, and the security of the Strait lies in the absence of American forces," Ghalibaf stated.
Reaffirming Tehran's firm stance regarding strategic maritime routes, the chief negotiator concluded: "We have repeatedly stated that the status of the Strait will not return to pre-war conditions."
