"Attributing such conditions to the Chinese side and claiming that the trip and the development of relations between the two countries are contingent upon these issues is entirely false," the statement read.

The office highlighted Beijing's "firm and explicit opposition to unilateral US sanctions" as clear evidence of China’s supportive approach toward the Islamic Republic.

Reaffirming the strength of the alliance, the statement emphasized that relations between Tehran and Beijing are deeply rooted in mutual respect, shared interests, and a comprehensive strategic partnership. It noted that bilateral consultations and cooperation across political, economic, commercial, and investment sectors are continuously progressing and expanding.

Furthermore, the office issued a stern appeal to domestic media, political activists, and analysts to exercise utmost caution when commenting on the country's foreign policy, particularly regarding key international partners. It urged them to refrain from publishing unverified news, assumptions, or speculations that could undermine Iran's national interests on the global stage.

"Foreign relations and national interests are not an arena for factional and media disputes; safeguarding them is a shared responsibility," the statement concluded.
