IRGC commander dismisses Israeli remarks, says Iranians 'crushing' US hegemony

Tehran - BORNA - Speaking on the sidelines of the "People Sacrificing Lives for Iran" rally, Brigadier General Hasan Hasan-zadeh reacted to comments made by an Israeli official regarding the Islamic Republic, stating, "We are accustomed to such nonsense. For 47 years, they have harbored the dream of bringing the Islamic Republic to its knees."

"There is no need for us to respond; today, the firm steps of a nation gathered from all walks of life in this rally serve as the answer to the United States," Hasan-zadeh added. "The people are crushing US hegemony with every step they take."

He stressed that the devoted people of Iran demonstrated their greatness, unity, and solidarity by turning out en masse at Tehran's Enghelab (Revolution) Street and Square today.
