Pezeshkian concludes UNGA visit, departs New York for Tehran

Tehran - BORNA - During his visit to New York, Pezeshkian held separate bilateral meetings with heads of state and senior government officials from Switzerland, Iraq, Bangladesh, Norway, Armenia, the Netherlands, Lebanon, and Pakistan. He also conferred with the President of the European Council and the United Nations Secretary-General.

The president's itinerary featured extensive outreach sessions, including roundtables with senior executives from prominent American media organizations, foreign policy scholars at US think tanks, and members of the Iranian diaspora community.

Pezeshkian also sat down for broadcast interviews with Fox News, CBS, and Al Jazeera, outlining the Islamic Republic’s official positions on key domestic developments, regional security, and international affairs.
