IRGC Striking US-Linked Strategic, AI Targets in Bahrain and Kuwait

Tehran - BORNA - According to statements released by the IRGC Public Relations, the attacks—identified as Waves 17 and 19 of "Operation Nasr 2"—were carried out in retaliation for recent U.S. military strikes on civilian infrastructure, including bridges, which resulted in civilian casualties in Iran.

During Wave 17 of the operation, the IRGC Navy and Aerospace Forces targeted a major depot of U.S. Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs) in Bahrain, causing extensive damage and leaving a large number of the vessels destroyed by fire.

Additionally, the IRGC completely destroyed a primary U.S.-linked artificial intelligence center in Bahrain, which it said the U.S. military utilized for target acquisition and executing military operations.

"If the U.S. regime strikes our bridges and transportation infrastructure, we will crush the most vital industrial, information technology, and AI assets of U.S.-shareholder companies across the region," the IRGC warned, adding that host nations of U.S. bases would be held complicit in Washington’s actions.

In a subsequent statement detailing Wave 19 of the operation, the IRGC confirmed its naval units expanded strikes into Kuwait while maintaining strict control over the Strait of Hormuz.

During this phase, IRGC forces targeted a U.S. military aircraft staging area at the Shaikh Isa Air Base and crushed the "Batelco" data and intelligence center in Bahrain. Simultaneously, operations in Kuwait neutralized a critical fuel support pier utilized by the U.S. Navy in the Al-Ahmadi area, alongside a U.S. signals and communications intelligence center.

The IRGC concluded its announcements by reaffirming that its forces will continue targeted operations against high-value American strategic and technological assets throughout the region as long as aggression persists.
