Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) have finalized a new framework for cooperation in light of the recent illegal attacks by the United States and Israel against Iran’s safeguarded nuclear facilities, officials announced on Tuesday.

The Permanent Mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the United Nations Office and other International Organizations in Vienna has submitted the following letter to the IAEA Board of Governors in response to the Director General’s reports dated 3 September 2025.
