The full text of the letter reads as follows:
Mr. Grossi
Director General
International Atomic Energy Agency
“Further to my numerous correspondences, culminating in INFCIRC/1301 dated 13 Tir 1404, regarding the repeated brutal attacks by the criminal regimes of the United States and Israel against the peaceful nuclear facilities of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and despite my repeated reminders and warnings to you concerning the inaction—particularly of the Board of Governors, which is unfortunately under the influence and direction of the three European countries, the United States, and the Zionist regime—they have continued their aggression and once again, on the afternoon of Sunday, 10 Esfand 1404, in two separate instances, targeted the Natanz nuclear facility with brutal attacks in violation of international law.
These military attacks constitute violations of the Geneva Conventions and their related protocols, the Statute of the Agency, the framework of the United Nations Scientific Committee on the Effects of Atomic Radiation (UNSCEAR), the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT), the Comprehensive Safeguards Agreement between Iran and the Agency (INFCIRC/214), the resolutions of the Board of Governors and the General Conference of the Agency, the Agency’s safety standards, and other relevant international instruments.
It is imperative that the Agency, without delay, put an end to its inaction and, by condemning these acts contrary to international regulations, fulfill its statutory duties.
It is evident that the Islamic Republic of Iran will take the necessary measures to defend its sovereign rights and will pursue appropriate legal actions, particularly in connection with the inaction carried out by Your Excellency.”
