Through the follow-ups of the Iran Wushu Federation and the Chinese Wushu Association, the national Sanda team is scheduled to participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Wushu Championships."
He further added: "To ensure the best possible preparation for our Sanda athletes to shine at the Asian arena, and following the active diplomacy and constructive efforts of Ahmad Dunyamali, the Minister of Sports and Youth, during the 5th Meeting of SCO Sports Ministers, a valuable opportunity has emerged for our selected Asian Games athletes to compete in this event from June 25 to 29."
Pointing out that the SCO Wushu Championships will take place in Anlu City, Hubei Province, China, Sediqi emphasized: "We have designated a structured plan so that the national Sanda team can enter the Nagoya games with full strength to continue its path of honor. In the China event, teams from the host nation China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, India, Pakistan, and Belarus will participate and compete against Iranian athletes."
The President of the Wushu Federation also addressed the upcoming program for the national Taolu team, saying: "Our Taolu athletes will also participate in the Taolu World Cup hosted by Haikou City, China, from July 4 to 7.
