Pezeshkian’s Deputy: Iran Open to Dialogue but Will Never Yield to Force
The Deputy for Communications and Information at the Presidential Office asserted that while Iran is open to negotiation and dialogue, it will never succumb to coercion or force.

Tehran - BORNA - Mahdi Tabatabaei expressed these views on his X (formerly Twitter) account on Sunday, outlining the strategic lessons the U.S. and its allies have learned from Iran throughout 2026.

"The lessons that the bully... and his child-killing ally have learned from Iran in 2026 so far," Tabatabaei wrote, listing several key principles of the Islamic Republic's recent stance:

National Unity: In times of hardship, there is only one unified voice in Iran.

Defensive Excellence: We understand defense against aggression perfectly and to the highest degree.

Firm Diplomacy: We are open to conversation and negotiation, but we will not yield to force.

The official concluded his message with a warning, stating that "there are still more fresh lessons ahead."

These remarks come in the wake of the 21-hour marathon negotiations in Islamabad between Iranian and U.S. delegations. The presidential aide's statement reinforces the "Integrated Diplomacy" strategy of the Pezeshkian administration—maintaining a firm military deterrent while keeping the door to honorable diplomacy open.
