Khatam al-Anbiya Central HQ Spokesperson: Strait of Hormuz Control Reverts to Previous Status Following U.S. Bad Faith
The spokesperson for the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters announced that control over the Strait of Hormuz has reverted to its previous restrictive status following repeated U.S. breaches of trust. He emphasized that as long as the United States does not end its interference with the freedom of navigation for vessels traveling to and from Iran, the Strait will remain under strict control.

Tehran - BORNA - Lieutenant Colonel Ebrahim Zolfaghari, spokesperson for the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, stated: "Following previous agreements and negotiations conducted in good faith, the Islamic Republic of Iran agreed to the managed passage of a limited number of tankers and commercial vessels through the Strait of Hormuz."

He continued: "Unfortunately, the Americans, maintaining their history of repeated bad faith, continue their acts of banditry and piracy under the guise of a so-called blockade. Consequently, control over the Strait of Hormuz has reverted to its previous state, and this strategic waterway is once again under the strict management and control of the Armed Forces."

The spokesperson clarified: "It is officially declared that until the United States ensures the complete freedom of movement for vessels from origins in Iran to their destinations, and from all origins to destinations in Iran, the situation in the Strait of Hormuz will remain under intense control and will stay in its previous status."
